We wired an AI chat experience on Zalo OA using n8n—no separate app servers—so the bot can greet users, understand intent, surface product options, and push actionable Zalo buttons (Demo | Quick Quote | Call Sales). Under the hood it’s just webhooks + HTTP + a thin logic layer, which means this pattern is portable to many channels and stacks.
