– Validates email/phone in real time; re-asks politely if invalid
– De-dupes in Salesforce by email: update existing or create new
– Notifies the team via Slack/Email with context and next steps
– Logs transcript to the Lead for seamless handoff

– Cleaner CRM at capture (not after)
– Faster speed-to-lead (seconds)
– Interest-aware branching for smarter routing
